The Cup Drawings (by *esra*)
+ Everything that makes me feel unique and happy offline, I eventually find trending on tumblr, and then I question myself. Am I just an insincere conformist?

Not to say that I’m the first on Earth to appreciate these things, but more to say that I always felt my interests were not shared by the majority. My appreciation always felt honest, and I always valued that I stuck with them despite believing that most others didn’t share them.

  • obsessing over Harry Potter
  • crazy rants in my pocket sketchbook
  • strange, nonsensical drawings
  • making dreamcatchers/collaging shit for the hell of it
  • what I thought was “unpopular” fashion
(which I now realize is VERY popular)
  • romanticizing tea and coffee
  • romanticizing rain
  • romanticizing pretty much everything I liked

I use romanticize in the original sense, meaning to deal with things in an idealized and unrealistic way.
